Blue "The One" Escanor - Main damage dealer (Single-target nuke).
Green Diane - Forces the enemy to directly attack her while protecting "The One" Escanor and allowing him to stack his buffs.
Green Halloween Gowther - Skill-up, Damage Increase, & Deplete Ult Gauge.
Green Deathpierce - Decreases enemy Crit Resistance & Crit defense, making sure that "The One" Escanor always land a Critical Strike.

A team that focuses on boosting Red Sariel's damage with the use of Blue Drole's commandment.
Red Sariel - Main damage-dealer
Blue Drole - Forces the enemy to directly attack him & protects Red Sariel. The effect of his commandment increases Sariel's damage.

A team that utilizes Red Sariel's Unique ability, forming a strong Archangels team.
Red Sariel - Main damage-dealer
Blue Tarmiel - Provides a strong defense for your team. Decreases the enemy's max HP and Depletes Ult Gauge
Blue Ludociel - Decreases the enemy's Defense-related stats for more damage output.
Blue Goddess Elizabeth - Utility/Support (Stun, Barrier, Heal, Reflect, & Revive).
Festival King Team
A team that incapacitates the enemy, mainly preventing them from using their Ultimate Moves.
Blue New Wings King - Main source of damage, additionally cripples the enemy team with DOT and disables the use of Ult Move.
Green Demon Hendrickson - Applies both Bleed and Shock debuffs that accompany well with Festival King's Unique ability.
Blue Goddess Elizabeth - Utility/Support (Stun, Barrier, Heal, Reflect, & Revive).
Green Merlin - Mainly used to rush Ult caused by her Unique ability.
Lostvayne Meliodas Team
A team built around Lostvayne Meliodas to rush his Ultimate Move or increase skill damage from the effect of his Unique ability.
Red Lostvayne Meliodas - Fills up his Ultimate Move Gauge quickly. The effect of his Unique ability ranks-up his cards, causing massive damage to the enemy.
Blue Goddess Elizabeth - Utility/Support (Stun, Barrier, Heal, Reflect, & Revive).
Green Halloween Gowther - Skill-up, Damage Increase, & Deplete Ult Gauge.
Green Merlin - Mainly used to rush Ult caused by her Unique ability.
Full Defense Team
A combination of defensive specialists used to counter the offensive meta versus "The One" Escanor teams.
Blue Goddess Elizabeth - Utility/Support (Stun, Barrier, Heal, Reflect, & Revive).
Blue Tarmiel - Provides a strong defense for your team. Decreases the enemy's max HP and Depletes Ult Gauge.
Green Estarossa - Forces the enemy to directly attack him, protecting his allies and countering the enemy's attack.
Green Gilthunder - Increases the Defense-related stats of all his allies.
Monspeet Burst Team
Uses Weak point to deal damage, consecutively preventing the enemy from filling up their Ult Gauge.
Red Melascula - Helps in protecting her allies from death. Her commandment applies ignite effects, strengthening the Weak Point damage.
Red Zeldris - Provides utility & damage from his unique ability and skill effects.
Green Monspeet - Main damage-dealer
Green Athena - Her Unique ability triggers an effect that decreases the enemy Ult Gauge, preventing them from using their Ultimate Moves.
Halloween Roxy Burst Team
Uses an all-human team to boost the damage of Green Roxy, ultimately relying on her charge ability to inflict massive AoE damage.
Green Roxy - Main damage-dealer, with increased damage for each ally of the same race participating in the battle.
Red Kyo - Inflicts Ignite debuffs to amplify the damage of Green Roxy.
Green Eastin - Amplifies damage the more debuffs an enemy has.
Green Deathpierce - Decreases enemy Crit Resistance & Crit defense for more damage.
Mono Red Team
Heavily relies on Red Arthur's buff to significantly increase Red Escanor's damage.
Red Escanor - Uses his Amplify skill to deal damage. Also depletes all enemies Ult Gauge.
Red Arthur - Sub-damage dealer, mainly used to buff Red Escanor.
Red Gowther - Skill-up, Attack Disable, Damage Increase, & Deplete Ult Gauge.
Red King - Reduces the enemy team's Pierce Rate to mitigate damage.
Pierce Team
Uses AoE Pierce attacks to deal massive cleave damage.
Green Rugal - Uses "Gravity Smash" to inflict AoE Pierce damage. He also has a high survivability rating.
Blue Demon Meliodas - Uses "Enchanted Hellblaze" to inflict AoE Pierce damage. Inflicts Weak Point on his ultimate, gaining bonus damage to a debuffed target.
Blue Lillia - Provides an additional Pierce Rate boost, Deplete Ult Gauge, & Heal.
Red King - Reduces the enemy team's Pierce Rate to mitigate damage.
Ult-Rush Counter
This team uses multiple effects that prevent the enemy from using their Ultimate Move.
Green Drole - Automatically disables the use of Ultimate Move when the enemy reaches 5 orbs. Also inflicts Detonate damage, countering heroes with more orbs in their Ult Gauge.
Red Zeldris - provides utility & damage from his unique ability and skill effects. Also increases allies' basic stats for each ally or enemy with a commandment.
Green Halloween Gowther - Skill-up, Damage Increase, & Deplete Ult Gauge.
Red Wedding Diane - Increases damage dealt by Giant allies by 40%.
