Red Hostess Elizabeth has a skill which can stop enemies from using their attack skills and another skill which heals all allies' HP and fills their ultimate move gauges.

She’s basically a free unit so you’ll have her 6/6 really fast.
Her passive and her Holy Relic both work as a sub and for all content in the game.
More than likely you don’t need to buy her cosmetics since most of them are from events.

Cons[]

She has low HP and Defense, which makes her really frail.
Very old unit stats

Red Elizabeth is a support unit focused on keeping her allies alive from the backlines with her passive or increasing the HP-related stats of her allies with her Holy Relic. She can be useful on the front with her active skills, but that’s not her preferred role given that she’s really frail due to being an old SR unit. Her stats are relatively low despite having all cosmetics fully upgraded.

Currently, she’s usable for almost all kinds of content (PvE, PVP, and Death Match). In PvE, she can be used in any team that needs extra healing. For example, in story mode, she can stay in the sub-slot while helping her teammates to stay alive.

For PVP, she works best in a team with Red Purgatory Ban and Red Reinhard (which might include also Red Terry) by providing healing from the backline while also increasing their HP-related stats.

This combines with Twigo’s or Red Excalibur Arthur’s passive HP increases (both characters being staples in mono red/full human formations respectively).

Characters like Reinhard and Ban will find it extremely useful since it will provide them with exactly what they need to pose a greater threat: a bigger HP pool since their skills are based on their max HP/remaining HP and lifesteal to stay on the field for as long as possible doing a lot of damage.

On the other hand, for Death Match, she’s really useful for Crimson Demon Howlex and Original Demon when you’re not using the Red Summer Diane strategy by providing passive healing for her allies and making them tankier from the backline.

Overall, Red Elizabeth is a well-suited support unit whose main mechanic is to stay in the backline and heal while making her allies stronger. The best gear for her is HP/Defense to make up for her low CC and to give her a better survival chance if it comes to the point where she has to step on the field.
