PVP Teams

Optimal teams to use for PvP are constantly rotating based on what new units are released that fit into the meta. Previously viable teams that have since been rendered obsolete can be found at Obsolete PvP Teams for reference during PvP events which have certain rules in which former teams may be useful.

Meta

Demon Team

• Best team in the game, can almost always beat any other team going first or second. Still really wants to go first. Triple aoe in the first turn (Demiurge, Dk meli and then Gelda) and Gelda will be max passive.
• Nanashi and Chandler are both really good backlines, it just depends on if you want Gelda and Demiurge to get buffed more or if you want dk meli to also get it.

Human Team

• A full human frame that provides attack increase and provide cleansing. This team relies on going first to set up Arthurs passive, by gaining four ult moves in one turn.
• (Eternal Sun) Escanor the Indomitable
  • Damage dealer, reduces max hp with his AOE.
• Chaos Arthur
  • Tank, gets taunt upon gaining 4 ult moves.
• Naofumi.
  • Will be replaced soon by the new Percival, but can taunt.
• Percival
  • Great Backline.

Unknown Team

• The most versatile team, with multiple different team formations. Very F2P friendly as most variations dont need to go first.
  • Albedo/Sabnak, Baldr and Thor (Meta) (Second)
  • Fitoria/Thor, Hel and Sabnak (Sub-Meta) (First)
  • Thor, Sabnak and Gowther (Sub-Meta) (First)
  • HawkOslo, Baldr and (Any) (Sub-Meta) (Second)
• Both Camilla and Nanashi are insane for Unkowns, and Camila is just slightly better, however they both require their holy relics to be usefull
  • Dk meli has stance removal, wich makes him a dangerous counter to Unkowns. Make sure to look at your teams debuffs, to see those "Seeds of the end", so that whenever you have 2 or 3 on Baldr or Albedo, you know you cant stance, as hell just remove it.
  • Thor has to deal 300k damage to prock her ability, wich makes her an aoe dealing nightmare for 3 turns. Make sure to count the damage done by your opponent to your Thor so you know when you can deal some big splash damage.

Sub-Meta

• For the first time in a long time, with Kings LR, Fairys are usable! If you can cough up the 200 LR coins needed for glox and King, its pretty F2P friendly as the characters can be obtained easily

Goddess Team

• This team aims to enable Mael. The rest of the team is meant to make sure Mael isn't killed early on, a decent number of dupes in the units is recommended but not entirely required. Elizabeth can act as a secondary DPS thanks to her high damage rate as more skills are used by her allies while providing protection via Resurrection.
• Light Mael of Sunshine
  • The main DPS of the team. The end goal is to wipe the enemy team with his Ultimate, if necessary. He is best used in a full Goddess race team so his Unique Ability can take full effect and protect the team from stat-lowering effects.
• LR Blue Festival Ludociel
  • With her LR upgrade, Ludociel has become an even stronger choice for the Goddess team by increasing the capacity of Mael and other allies to land Crit Attacks. Furthermore, the increase in stats makes her a less frail unit.
• Light Queen Elizabeth
  • Elizabeth is a strong DPS who can keep the enemies under control but also provide massive durability to other units in your team by reducing the damage they receive or saving a unit from death (although, the buffs are blue for her allies so they can be removed).
• Green Ellatte
  • Ellatte provides a great boost in Basic Stats as well as increasing the damage her Goddess allies deal for each buff placed on them, which works perfectly with Ludociel. Furthermore, her Unique works even as a Sub.
• Blue Tristan
  • Tristan is a perfect Sub unit for the Goddess team since he increases the Defense-related stats for all of them based on how many Goddess allies he has. This works since the match starts so it's faster than Nanashi's Unique and Holy Relic.
