Awakened to LR Green Escanor
Green Escanor has a skill which fills an additional orb in his Ultimate Move Gauge when used and another skill which removes Buffs and Ignites the target. His Ultimate Move inflicts great damage on one enemy.

Hero Guide[]
[Sunshine] Holy Knight Escanor or more commonly known as Green Escanor can fill his own ultimate move gauge, remove the enemy buff, and inflict ignite from his skills, which can all be set up leading to a ruthless combo. He can also be used in most PVE content, including Boss fights, and Death Matches. Be it PVP or PVE, he’s one of the top options to have for any team and is sought after by most players.
Pros[]

- Able to remove an enemy buff to turn things around in your favor
- Able to break himself free from incapacity due to the effect of his unique ability
- Ideal unit for Gray Demon Hell difficulty and Knighthood Boss Einek due to his Ultimate Move
Cons[]
- Not an efficient use for farming due to his skills being single-target hits
- His unique ability is like a double-edged sword as it can remove active buffs on himself when his ultimate move gauge is completely filled
- Low Regeneration Rate, Crit Resistance, Recovery Rate, and Lifesteal
Skill Review[]
His active skill, Elegant Blow, has a very high multiplier of 240% at rank 1 (bronze card). It gives him the edge in a 1v1 fight since a rank 1 skill would normally just be around 150-180%, sometimes even lower. When ranked up, he is able to fill his ultimate move gauge allowing him to use his ultimate much quicker than anybody else.
His trademark skill, Cruel Sun, puts an ignite debuff which increases the damage received by the enemy by 10%. To maximize the damage output, Cruel Sun is always cast first followed by other skills. When ranked up, it also removes any existing buff from the target making him a huge threat against utility heroes like Red Arthur, Green Merlin, and such.
His ultimate skill, Punishment, allows Escanor to charge a concentrated attack on a single-target capable of one-shotting the enemy. It does not have any skill effect but has a very high attack multiplier (1440% at max level ultimate).
Escanor’s Unique ability grants himself debuff immunity when the ultimate move gauge is completely filled. This ability works well with his Elegant Blow skill that can fill his ult gauge faster. Be careful though, at the state of full ult gauge, he also removes any existing buffs on him.
His unique skill can be used in a lot of useful ways. For instance, when Escanor is disabled by skill effects such as stun, freeze, or petrify, you can simply remove the debuff by moving a card that may cause his ultimate move gauge to be completely filled.
Usage[]
PVP - At time of release, Green Escanor was one of the best PVP heroes in the game. He is now a good choice for starters when teamed up with Green Merlin and using ult food, he can fill up his ultimate move gauge after the first team turn.
PVE (Story / Farm / Sub-Quests / Boss) - He’s a reliable hero to bring in PVE especially for early to mid-tier level teams where the main priority is just to survive and win the stage. However, as you progress further, Green Escanor can be replaced by AOE-focused heroes who can grind the stages more efficiently.
Knighthood Boss - Since mono-green teams are the current meta to get more points, Green Escanor remains a top option on all difficulty levels of Knighthood Boss Einek. He provides ignite debuff for damage amplification and deals significant damage using his ultimate.
Red Demon - Viable until Extreme difficulty, but not recommended as the main damage dealer.
Gray Demon - He’s good as an additional attacker after Green King. He’s not necessarily the best damage dealer for this Demon but wouldn’t be bad as a second option if you don’t have a Green King. He is extensively used in Hell Demon with Ult rush teams because he is a great offensive unit with high HP and Defense.
Demonic Beast Howlex - Also a good secondary attacker because of his ignite debuff allowing the team to burst the demon. Primary options for this demon will still be Red Demon Meliodas and Red Nunchuck Ban. His viability only extends until Extreme and can’t be used in Hell difficulty.

His Sacred Treasure is the Divine Axe, Rhitta, and his inherent power is called Sunshine, which made him renowned for gaining immense power during the day, and gradually becoming weaker with the setting of the sun, leaving him frail and submissive at night.
